Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager in Fairfield, OH, to live on site and oversee operations with weekend and overnight on-call coverage. You will partner with the GM, manage Front Desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must live on site or within 30 minutes when on call.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations in hospitality with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk team and weekend staff; hiring, discipline, performance appraisals.
• Oversee weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage.
• Assist GM with budgeting and payroll approvals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and security standards.
• Lead front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
• Support sales prospecting to maximize revenue.
