Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality on-site manager role requires living on-site at the hotel or within 30 minutes when on call. You will be the primary manager for weekend operations and overnight coverage, acting as Manager on Duty and partnering with the GM to ensure flawless guest experiences.

You will oversee Front Desk and weekend staff, manage payroll approvals, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Verifiable supervisor experience is required.
• Mandatory to live on site or within 30 minutes when on call.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage.
• Lead the Front Desk team and supervise weekend staff.
• Assist the GM with budget monitoring and payroll approvals for direct reports.
• Maintain highest standards of guest service and security.
• Ensure front desk operations comply with brand standards and policies.
• Support sales efforts to maximize hotel revenues and profits.
