Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager to live on-site at the hotel and lead weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage (Wednesday-Sunday). You will partner with the GM to oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

This high-responsibility role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with budgeting and payroll oversight.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Live on-site or within 30 minutes of the hotel when on call is mandatory.
• Experience leading front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Experience with budgeting, financial controls, and payroll review.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams during weekends and on-call periods.
• Direct and supervise weekend operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, labor, expenses, and inventory with the GM.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and security policies.
• Meet with guests to solicit feedback and address issues promptly.
