Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager in Ft. Wayne, IN. You will live on-site, serving as the primary weekend/overnight manager and acting as the Manager on Duty to maintain flawless guest experiences and operational standards.

This full-time role requires leadership, budget oversight, and frontline supervision across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, with a path for growth within a fast-growing extended-stay brand.

Qualifications

• Must live on site or within 30 minutes when on call.
• Hospitality management experience required.
• Experience managing weekend and overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk team; hire, discipline, schedule, train, and appraise performance.
• Oversee weekend operations and other times when GM is not on premises.
• Assist GM with budgeting, payroll review, and inventory control.
• Ensure top-tier guest service and security compliance.
• Support sales efforts to maximize hotel revenue.
