Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking an On-Site Manager who will live on-site at the hotel, serve as Manager on Duty, and lead weekend and overnight operations to ensure flawless guest experiences. The role partners with the General Manager to uphold brand standards and drive operational excellence.

You will lead the Front Desk team, supervise weekend staff, monitor cash and payroll, support budget initiatives, and contribute to sales efforts to maximize hotel revenue.

Qualifications

• Mandatory on-site live requirement or within 30 minutes when on call.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct Front Desk team management including hiring, discipline, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage (Wednesday-Sunday).
• Support GM with budgeting, payroll approvals, cash management, and financial controls.
