Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality seeks an On-Site Manager to live on-site at the hotel and lead flawless operations. You will be the GM’s key partner, responsible for weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage (Wednesday-Sunday), acting as Manager on Duty.

Your duties include Front Desk team leadership, supervising weekend staff, budgeting support, guest satisfaction, and ensuring brand standards. You’ll coordinate with departments to maintain security and improve guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: live on site OR within 30 minutes of the hotel when on call.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Team Management: hiring, discipline, scheduling, training, mentoring, performance appraisals.
• Weekend Supervision: direct work of front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
• Financial & Administrative Support: assist in budgeting, labor, expenses, payroll approval.
• Guest Experience & Compliance: ensure highest standards of service; monitor feedback and security.
• Operational Execution: ensure front desk operations and on-call shifts comply with standards; provide back-up support.
• Sales Contribution: assist GM in prospecting to maximize hotel revenues.
