Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager to live on-site at the Frederick hotel and lead weekend operations with overnight on-call coverage (Wednesday-Sunday). You will partner with the General Manager to oversee front desk teams, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while upholding Sandpiper’s standards.

This high-responsibility role requires exceptional leadership, curb appeal for guests, and a strong ability to manage staff during weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and develop front desk and weekend staff.
• Experience coordinating across departments to maintain hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk and weekend staff; hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Direct weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage.
• Assist GM with budgeting, payroll reviews, and cost control.
• Ensure top-tier guest experience and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead operational execution and provide back-up coverage as needed.
• Support sales efforts to maximize hotel revenue.
