• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Residence Life operations.
• Lead staff, supervise two Associate Directors and others.
• Participate in budget planning and management (≈$17M).
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student success and wellbeing.
• Represent Residence Life in committee work and policy development.
