Job summary

HI-FI, a live music venue in Fountain Square, Indianapolis, seeks a Box Office Associate to handle ticketing during events. You will sell tickets, manage will call and guest lists, and ensure a superior guest experience with calm, friendly service.

Part-time to full-time with 1–3 nights per week; nights, weekends, Fridays, select holidays. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour and may increase after one year. Previous ticketing experience is not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in busy environments.
• Experience with online ticketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and manage box office during events.
• Sell tickets and upgrades using in-house systems.
• Handle will call and guest list management.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
