Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a Box Office Representative for Hard Rock Live. This role handles box office operations, sells tickets for shows, answers inquiries, and promotes upcoming events on the casino floor.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in cashiering or ticketing, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent guest relations. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required; background checks and gaming licenses may apply.

Qualifications

• One to two years of cashiering and/or ticketing experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are also required.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hard Rock Live shows to guests.
• Assist with walk-up sales and incoming calls.
• Explain seating diagrams and manage ticketing information.
• Maintain a $500 bank drawer and balance it at shift end.
• Handle payments including credit and debit cards.
• Distribute promotional coupons and gifts.
• Attend meetings and participate in events as assigned.
