You will handle seating explanations, cashier duties, and a variety of payment methods, maintain a $500 bank, and participate in meetings and events as assigned while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years cashiering and/or ticketing experience preferred.
• Ticketmaster TM1 Sales knowledge preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses per Federal, State and Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for shows and assist with box office operations.
• Explain seating diagrams and manage cash/comp tickets.
• Balance a $500 bank drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Handle payments and issue tickets/credentials; assist with inventory control.
• Promote upcoming shows and events to guests; attend meetings and events.
