Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Customer Education Program Manager for Live Learning. You will own the live-learning program, bring together existing sessions into a unified calendar, and establish processes to evaluate, prioritize, and develop new ideas.

Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Education, and Marketing to design audiences, outcomes, and resources. Build scalable practices, coach presenters, and host sessions while expanding formats and a robust recording library.

Qualifications

• Owned recurring live education programs or comparable live-learning initiatives.
• Experience in customer education, product training, customer success, enablement, or webinar program management.
• Ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and dependencies while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Success live-learning program, unifying existing sessions into a shared calendar and process.
• Simplify session execution: registration, reminders, setup, prep, production, surveys, follow-up, and handoffs.
