Job summary

Ashby in the United States is hiring an experienced TA Advisor & Community Lead to expand AMER's community-led growth, combining events, product education, and early-stage activation for customers across the funnel.

You'll own and optimize this model in target markets, from breakfasts and curated experiences to enablement sessions and live demos, collaborating with marketing, CS, and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or TA operations.
• Strong communication and event coordination skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver education/content for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMER community events and educational sessions for customers.
• Build relationships with TA leaders and partner with multiple internal teams.
• Develop onboarding loops and advocate for Ashby community growth in AMER.
