Zusammenfassung

Roblox Live is seeking a Senior Program Manager to orchestrate a slate of live experiences from planning through launch and learning. You will own calendars, dependencies, budgets, and executive communications, partnering across creative, product, engineering, marketing, safety, and external partners.

You will shape new programs, define audience and success measures, and drive readiness with the Live Ops Producer to ensure timely event delivery and clear post-event learnings.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in program management, production, or live operations.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs across creative, technical and business teams.
• Experience consolidating budget requests, tracking program financials and managing risks.
• Strong judgment about scope, priorities and escalation.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and build trust with internal teams and external partners.
• Clear writing and executive communication, tying program activity to outcomes.
• Fluency with Jira, Airtable, Asana or equivalents and building tracking systems.
• Experience in gaming, creator platforms, entertainment, live events, or esports (preferred).
• Experience building a program or operating model from scratch (preferred).
• Familiarity with Roblox and its player/creator communities (preferred).
• Experience evaluating partner programs through shared goals and scorecards (preferred).

• Turn the programming slate into a forward calendar with milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
• Define each program’s audience, goals, and success measures, with practical scope recommendations.
• Maintain a single view of program status and how plans are updated across teams.
• Lead planning sessions and reviews; coordinate feasibility with tech leads and readiness milestones.
• Consolidate staffing, vendors, and production estimates into a budget request.
• Maintain the risk register and surface issues early with mitigation plans.
• Provide executives with concise updates on outcomes, progress, and decisions needed.
• Establish decision owners and escalation paths before launch and support live events.
• Lead retrospectives and publish post-event readouts with data science and leads.
• Turn lessons into reusable runbooks and improve planning and handoffs.
