Job summary

InTown Suites Pasadena is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and quiet environment for our guests. The role requires being on property during employment and living on-site, with after-hours responsibilities and incident reporting to the General Manager or authorities when needed.

Responsibilities include nightly rounds, checking storage and access control, assisting guests with room access, and following the guest agreement terms.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information from internal hotel communications.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed and report safety or security issues.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner after hours.
• Establish professional relationships with property guests and maintain secure areas nightly.
• Assist guests with access to rooms and verify IDs as needed.
• Perform property rounds and document incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervision and help keep the property clean.
