Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant for our Houston property to help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests. You will monitor the property after hours, assist guests, verify IDs for room access, and coordinate with the General Manager on safety issues.

This on-site role requires living on property during employment, performing nightly rounds, and following the guest agreement policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed and report safety issues to the GM or authorities.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns professionally after office hours.
• Establish positive relationships with property guests and secure storage and staff areas nightly.
• Obtain guest lists nightly to verify access to rooms and property.
• Note issues on the Daily Action Plan for GM investigation.
