Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests at our Houston-area property. The role includes serving as the after-hours emergency contact, monitoring security, and assisting guests with routine issues while following company policies.

Training and team support are provided. The position requires reliable on-site presence, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in a variety of internal hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Reports any safety or security issues to the General Manager or authorities when warranted.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner after office hours.
