Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to help maintain a comfortable, safe, and quiet atmosphere for our guests at locations including Arlington, TX. The role requires being on call several days per week, completing nightly property rounds, and assisting guests after hours.

The position emphasizes safety, guest communication, and adherence to company policies. Essential duties include monitoring the property when offices are closed, reporting safety concerns, and ensuring access control

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property when office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or local authorities when warranted.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints and concerns professionally after hours.
• Maintain secure storage and employee areas nightly.
• Verify guest access and assist guests with room lockouts as needed.
• Document rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
