Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety, delivering high-quality, safe meals for campers during the May–Sept season.

This on-site, live-in position requires 4+ years in kitchen leadership, ServSafe Manager certification (Allergens), budgeting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a demanding 6‑day, 70‑hour week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens training required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations, schedule, and training for staff.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health sanitation standards.
• Control inventory, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
