Wolfoods is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager for an on-site, live-in role at rural summer camps. You will lead daily culinary operations, manage staff scheduling, budgets, and allergen safety across high-volume service periods.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in kitchen leadership with scratch cooking, ServSafe Manager certification, and comfort living on-site in a rustic camp setting while meeting a demanding 6-day/70-hour week schedule.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and work 6-day/70-hour weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Control inventory, place orders, and track daily reporting within budget.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
