Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at a rural summer camp program. You will supervise daily culinary operations, manage staff, budgets, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This seasonal role runs May through Sept, with mandatory 6-day/70-hour weeks, full room and board provided, and opportunities to lead a dynamic team across multiple facilities. You must live on-site and thrive under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, scratch cooking, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health sanitation standards.
• Control inventory, place orders, and track budgets and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods office.
