Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities in the United States. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff supervision, budgeting, and strict allergen safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This on-site, live-in position requires readiness to work a demanding minimum 6-day/70-hour week and to manage shipping, inventory, and reporting while delivering scratch-made meals across multiple camps.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge required before start date and company-sponsored.
