Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations at a fast-paced summer camp. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and enforce allergen safety protocols in a live-in, on-site role with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume summer camp environment.

Responsibilities
