Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site role at a rural summer camp network. You will oversee daily culinary operations, lead kitchen staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety across menus.

This seasonal, exempt position runs May through Sept, requiring a minimum 6-day/70-hour week, and includes full room and board, travel allowances, and a performance bonus. You must be ServSafe Manager certified (Allergens required before start date).

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate.
