Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural, on-site summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for the designated day part, manage staff, and enforce strict allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume summer setting.

This on-site, live-in position requires a minimum 6-day/70-hour work week and offers competitive seasonal pay, bonus potential, and full room & board for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking and batch/campus dining experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee prep, production, portion control and scratch cooking for designated day parts.
• Ensure allergen safety and compliance with health standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
