Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site, live-in position with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, offering competitive seasonal pay, a bonus structure, and full room and board for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date and provided by Wolfoods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee flow of operations, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
