Job summary

InTown Suites in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for daily upkeep of the entire property, on-site residence, and rapid response to maintenance requests. The role includes living on-site during employment and participating in on-call emergency coverage.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of guest rooms, grounds upkeep, and coordinating tasks with the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities.
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of rooms and common areas.
• Work on-call rotation and as property attendant part of week.
