InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of the hotel property and equipment. The role requires you to live on property during employment and be on call for emergencies, with duties including room maintenance, grounds upkeep, and responding to service requests.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, handle general repairs, and work with various tools in both indoor and outdoor settings, including high ladders and variable weather conditions.
