Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC is seeking dependable Live-In CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Rhode Island. You will live with clients, performing personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities include following care plans, timely documentation, and communicating changes to the clinical team. Applicants must hold RI CNA license and a valid driver’s license for client visits.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare nutritious meals, hydration reminders, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Follow care plans and document daily activities.
• Observe changes and communicate with the clinical team.
• Record completed duties and any interrupted sleep/break time.
