Assured Quality Homecare, LLC [ASQ] is hiring dependable live-in care professionals who provide compassionate, patient-centered support to older adults in Rhode Island. Team members work in clients' homes, follow care plans, and document daily activities while building trusted relationships with families.

Qualified candidates hold an RI CNA license (or equivalent CT/other state credentials) and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RI CNA license required.
• CNA from another state, HHA or equivalent training preferred (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement with clients.
• Follow care plan and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe changes in client condition and report promptly.
• Complete daily documentation and communicate with families and ASQ team.
