HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide essential in-home support for clients in Rhode Island. The role focuses on maintaining safety, comfort, and quality of life, with duties spanning daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and memory-care support.

The ideal candidate has prior home health experience, strong communication skills, and a caring demeanor. This is a full-time, in-person position offering opportunities for advancement and comprehensive

Qualifications

CNA certification is required and preferred for the role.
Experience in home health care or long-term care settings is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and observation skills essential.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and follow care plans for medications.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with diet considerations as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe living environment with light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and facilitate social engagement to support mental well-being.
Observe changes in client conditions and report to healthcare professionals.
Support memory care for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Assist transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.
