Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate care professionals to support older adults in Connecticut and Rhode Island. This nurse-owned, family‑oriented agency offers training, support, and respect as part of a Gold Standard team.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and documentation, while following care plans and reporting changes promptly. RI CNA license required; CT licensing or certification is also considered.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only).
• CNA license from any state, HHA certification, or other professional caregiver training preferred (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Basic technology skills for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow each client’s care plan and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition.
• Complete timely documentation and communicate professionally.
