Assured Quality Homecare, a nurse- and family-owned homecare agency, seeks dependable Live-In CNAs in Rhode Island. You will reside with clients, providing continuous personal care and companionship while maintaining professional boundaries.

The role requires RI CNA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to reliable, high-quality care. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and ensure accurate documentation and timely

Qualifications

Active Rhode Island CNA license is required.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance required.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic technology skills for daily shift documentation on a mobile device.
Ability to work independently and manage daily routines.
Able to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

Residency in client Rhode Island home for agreed rotation and providing continuous personal care.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity.
Support mobility, transfers, walking, and prescribed exercises.
Prepare nutritious meals, ensure hydration, light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide medication reminders and companionship.
Follow care plans and document daily activities accurately.
