Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare seeks a Live-In CNA Caregiver to reside in clients' homes on a rotational basis, delivering daily care, safety, and engagement. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation while following individualized care plans.

Requirements include an active Rhode Island CNA license or equivalent, a valid driver's license with your own vehicle and insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks.

Qualifications

• Active driving license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance in your name.
• Active Rhode Island CNA license.
• CNA (any U.S. state), HHA, or ASQ PCA program (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic technology skills for mobile documentation.
• Ability to pass background and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, safety, and engagement in client homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Drive clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and follow care plans.
• Complete daily mobile documentation and track sleep/break periods.
