Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily dining operations at a busy summer camp. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, plan menus, and ensure strict allergen safety in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

You will live on-site for the contract, working a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and reporting to camp leadership. Scrappy, hands-on leaders with scratch cooking and institutional kitchen experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• Experience managing budgets and food cost controls.
• Strong focus on allergen safety and sanitation standards.
