Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a top-tier summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume on-site setting.

This live-in seasonal position May through September involves a 6-day workweek, 70 hours per week, and opportunities to lead a dynamic team while ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional dining for campers.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification including Allergens required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff for a high-energy, positive environment.
• Culinary & Quality Excellence: Manage flow, portions, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Allergen & Safety Compliance: Enforce allergy protocols and maintain health department sanitation standards.
• Administration & Budget: Control inventory, place orders, manage budgets, and report daily metrics.
• Client Relations: Act as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods office.
