Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a live-on-site setting.

Experience leading teams in high-volume kitchens and a commitment to food safety are essential. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and full room & board are provided for the contract period.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required / Allergens knowledge prior to start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergen protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as the liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
