Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camps across the US. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; allergens training before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff to maintain a high-energy environment.
• Oversee portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely service.
• Manage allergen protocols and health-safety standards.
• Administer budgets, inventory, orders, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate.
