Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires a 6‑day/70‑hour week, strict allergen protocols, and close collaboration with campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in kitchen leadership with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager certification (Allergens required).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
