Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead daily culinary and service operations at a fast-paced summer camp. You will manage staff, budgeting, and allergen safety while upholding high standards of quality and guest care in a live-in on-site setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a high-volume operation, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to thrive under pressure during the May–September season.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely service.
• Strict allergen protocols and sanitation standards; ensure health department compliance.
• Manage inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
