Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking a Food Service Operations Director to lead all daily culinary and service operations at our on-site summer camps. This hands-on leadership role oversees staff, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, with live-in duties.

You will manage FOH and kitchen teams, ensure scratch cooking standards, and maintain strict health and safety compliance across multiple camps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager certification; Allergens handling required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
