Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the US.

This on-site, seasonal contract runs May to Sept with a demanding 6-day, 70-hour workweek and live-in accommodations. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, manage staff and budgets, ensure allergen safety, and serve as the liaison between camp leadership, campers, and Wolfoods corporate office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen operations in a high-volume environment.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee culinary flow, portion control, and scratch cooking protocols.
• Manage allergen safety programs and health department standards.
• Administer inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
