Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camps across the US. You will oversee all daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires working 6 days a week, with room and board provided. Competitive seasonal pay, bonus structure, and travel allowances are included to support the camp community.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial kitchen leadership with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required before start (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy team.
• Ensure scratch cooking, portion control, menu specs, timely service.
• Oversee allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and daily budget reporting.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods office.
