Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the US. The position is seasonal contract from May to Sept, full-time and exempt, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and live-in arrangement.

You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff training, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols, ensuring high-volume meal service and quality. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).

Aufgaben

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and sanitation standards with Health Department compliance.
• Manage inventory, place orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
