Job summary

Wolfoods seeks a Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at a rustic, on-site summer camp network across the US. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety.

This live-in, seasonal role (May–Sept) requires a 6-day, 70-hour week. You will lead FOH and kitchen teams, manage inventory and orders, uphold sanitation standards, and liaise with campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, food orders and budgets.
• Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods.
