Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep and production for a designated day part, staff management, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

The role is a seasonal contract (May–Sept) with full room and board, competitive pay plus a performance bonus, and travel expense assistance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, ability to manage allergen safety, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meals.
• Manage allergen protocols and sanitation standards.
• Handle inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Act as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
