Job summary

Mossanen Group is seeking a hands-on Live-in Superintendent to oversee a 150-unit apartment community in Newington, Connecticut. This role leads daily maintenance operations, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor coordination to deliver a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents.

The right candidate will have strong technical skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems, with the ability to manage work orders, respond to emergencies,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential apartment maintenance or superintendent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting building systems independently.
• Experience coordinating contractors and outside vendors.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
