Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the integrity of a Connecticut community, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. You will work with the Community Manager and Technicians to uphold high standards, manage a maintenance team, and coordinate make-ready repairs and safety programs.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, a valid license, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid driving license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or an equivalent field.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.
• Must be able to walk the property, including climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and delegate work orders.
• Ensure buildings and grounds meet company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency tickets.
• Schedule staff for around-the-clock emergencies.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety standards.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and inventory.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; obtain bids.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to complete work orders.
