Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Visual Communications - Project Manager to oversee the design, production and deployment of visual assets for live events in Las Vegas. You will manage timelines, budgets and cross-functional collaboration with experience, operations and fabrication teams.

The role requires 3+ years in festival/concert production, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site, fast-paced environment with travel as needed during shows.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade school accreditation in Graphic Design, Event Management or Project Management.
• 3+ years of festival and concert tour experience.
• Proven ability to stay calm and professional in all situations.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design fundamentals.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the advancement, design, production and deployment of visual assets for events.
• Attend production meetings to gather requirements and disseminate information.
• Liaise cross-functionally between experience, operations, production and fabrication.
• Document and distribute SOPs for live and digital assets.
• Manage timelines, budgets and provide updates to stakeholders.
