Insomniac is seeking a proactive Production Assistant to support Back of House operations for live events and festivals. This on-site role requires coordinating with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension and retention in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective and concise communication in electronic and verbal mediums.
• Adaptive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in event planning, management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in developing and executing festival area operations.
• Contribute to compiling advance documents for multiple festival areas.
• Serve as Vendor Liaison for production areas.
• Communicate production needs clearly to all teams.
• Support document organization for advancing, setup and vendor communications.
• Assist organization of advance docs for the executive producer branch.
• Facilitate advance credential materials for vendors and staff.
